Submit a Claim Form - Instructions

If you received at least one text message encouraging you to download the Scout App from Telenav between July 28, 2012 and March 5, 2018, then you may be a Class Member eligible for payment (see FAQ 5 for more details). To receive payment from this Settlement, you must submit a Claim Form via this website or by mail.

Claim Forms must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. PDT on August 28, 2018. If you send in a Claim Form by regular mail, it must be postmarked on or before August 28, 2018, to be deemed timely. Claim Forms received after this deadline may not be accepted.

No matter which method you choose to file your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. Only the primary user or owner of the cellular telephone number at which the text messages at issue were received can submit this Claim Form. Only one claim per cellular telephone number is allowed regardless of how many text messages were received.

If you cannot locate your Class Member ID, you may instead provide your Affected Phone Number.

How to File via Mail

If you would like to file a Claim Form via mail, you may download a copy of the Claim Form here. Fill out the Claim Form completely, sign and date it, then mail it to the Settlement Administrator at the following address:
